Maybe I’ll do a February reset.

February has, so far, just been like a slightly shorter version of January. Walking downstairs is still a bind. I’m still coughing. Though I stoppeed for a week or so and then stared again, so is that a new cough or was it just on a break?

I ran to work. But it was more walk than run.

I drank more water.

But really, not a reset in site.
